What is COMMUNITY? One definition I’ve seen is “a social bonding and an accompanying shared sense of self or identity”. Aristotle referred to all social groups composed of members who differ from each other in some important ways but who, at the same time, share something in common and interact on the basis of this sharing as “communities”.
Here at Stepping Stones Consulting, we are witnessing a community developing ~ a community of individuals who share the awakening experience of participating in the Implicit Career Search Workshop. To encourage continued sharing and growth we dedicate this section to all our Alumni and others taking the Implicit Career Search Workshop anywhere in the world.
