Each month another beautiful group of individuals complete the Implicit Career Search Workshop® in Salmon Arm (see pictures below) ~ thank you all for embarking on this journey of self and career development to discover your full potential . . . one step at a time. A big “thank you” to the Revelstoke and Chase ICS® participants as well! It is a privilege to witness the amount of progress that takes place during the 1 or 2 week sessions as participants compose a mission statement, work purpose statement, biography and career development profile (with time lines)!
