Lois has been working with Jim Niemi since 2001, being a part of the growth and expansion. Lois is the Financial Manager for Stepping Stones/The Employment Place and works out of the financial/administration office. Lois loves her work and brings with her a positive attitude and energy, both personally and professionally. She enjoys working with the team at Stepping Stones and The Employment Place and finds her work both challenging and rewarding.
Lois currently lives with her husband, Gil, on a farm in Salmon Arm. She has two daughters, two son-in-laws, three granddaughters and one grandson. It is her plan to retire in the beautiful Shuswap area.
