ICS® Details and Eligibility

How do I decide what kind of work I want to do?

The Implicit Career Search® program is designed as a self exploration to assist you in determining your career path.  It is a group setting allowing for 6 to 16 people in the group.

How long is it?

The ICS® workshop is delivered in a 1 or 2 week long session – Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.  It is important to plan to attend the full workshop due to the amount of material covered.  We encourage you to schedule appointments outside of class time if at all possible. (Note:  Sessions are 2 weeks in Salmon Arm and Revelstoke; 1 week in Chase.)

How often is it offered?

The ICS® workshops are held on a monthly basis ~ see our Calendar page.

Eligibility is for those individuals, living in our area, that are “Unemployed” or “Under-employed (20 hrs/week or less)”.  You do not have to be on EI to participate.
